Registered Agent Service

Fee: $175.00 per year
Requirements: We require a completed Engagement Agreement and a completed Corporate Information Form.

Wyoming:

If your entity is a corporation, not a Wyoming entity and has never been authorized to do business in Wyoming, you will need to submit to the Wyoming Secretary of State an original and one copy of the Wyoming Corporation Application for Certificate of Authority, signed by an officer of the company. You will need to include payment to the Wyoming Secretary of State for the filing fee of $100, and a Certificate of Existence or Certificate of Good Standing from the state in which your corporation is incorporated. You will also need an original and one copy of a signed Consent to Appointment by Registered Agent, which we will provide to you after we have received payment for our fee and a completed Engagement Agreement and a completed Corporate Information Form.

If your entity is a limited liability company, not a Wyoming entity and has never been authorized to do business in Wyoming, you will need to submit to the Wyoming Secretary of State an original and one copy of the Wyoming LLC Application for Certificate of Authority, signed by a manager or member of the company. You will need to include payment to the Wyoming Secretary of State for the filing fee of $100, and a Certificate of Existence or Certificate of Good Standing from the state in which your LLC is organized. You will also need an original and one copy of a signed Consent to Appointment by Registered Agent, which we will provide to you after we have received payment for our fee and a completed Engagement Agreement and a completed Corporate Information Form.

If your entity is a Wyoming entity and you are changing Registered Agents, you will need a completed Statement of Change of Registered Agent signed by an officer of the company (or, in the case of an LLC, a member or manager of the LLC). You will also need an original and one copy of a signed Consent to Appointment by Registered Agent, which we will provide to you after we have received payment for our fee and a completed Engagement Agreement and a completed Corporate Information Form. The Wyoming Secretary of State does not charge profit corporations a fee for filing a Statement of Change of Registered Agent. The Wyoming Secretary of State charges non-profit corporations a $3 fee for filing a Statement of Change of Registered Agent.

Idaho:

If your entity is a corporation, not an Idaho entity and has never been authorized to do business in Idaho, you will need to submit to the Idaho Secretary of State an original and one copy of the Idaho Application for Certificate of Authority, signed by an officer of the company. You will need to include payment to the Idaho Secretary of State for the filing fee of $100 (if the form is typed--the fee is $120 if the form is filled out by hand), and a Certificate of Existence or Certificate of Good Standing from the state in which your corporation is incorporated. You will also need an original and one copy of a signed Consent to Appointment by Registered Agent, which we will provide to you after we have received payment for our fee and a completed Engagement Agreement and a completed Corporate Information Form.

You will also need an original and one copy of a signed Consent to Appointment by Registered Agent, which we will provide to you after we have received payment for our fee and a completed Engagement Agreement and a completed Corporate Information Form.
